We are extremely pleased with the refurbishment and the quality of service provided by Samuel and his team. From the start to the end Samuel’s communication was excellent. They ripped out the existing cloakroom and replaced it; tiled the floor; put in a new bathroom door and decorated throughout. They quickly and efficiently resolved any problems as they arose. All round an excellent job on budget and completed on time.

The bathroom stopcock, toilet cistern and hand basin pipes had all been tiled-in with no access if there was a leak or emergency. Samuel was very proactive - visited for an inspection on the day of my calling and supplied an acceptable quote shortly afterwards. Samuel also arranged for the work to be carried out within the week by Pawel. Three panels were installed to a high standard for pipe access and the bathroom was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and would be happy to use their services again.

From quote to completion Samuel was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication throughout and absolute transparency on costs. We even hit a small snag with the electrics and Samuel ensured the problem was resolved by the end of the day so that I was not inconvenienced. I’m very happy with the quality of work.

Great job completed by Sam and his team. They were on time daily, very clean with their work, and did everything they said they would on the quote. We are very happy with their work. We had them in to replace the tiles in both bathrooms and the team are able to deal with the plumbing issues we had at the same time and firm up the walls of both rooms. We will be using them again very soon.

Before Sam’s team started here, we’d had damp proofing done. The living room, hallway and dining room had to be redecorated; we also wanted wood flooring, a new front door and a staircase installed. Sam answered all our questions, responded quickly to messages and came by frequently to monitor the job. We never worried that the work wouldn’t be high quality. In fact, the team showed fantastic skill and lots of attention to detail. They were also nice, polite people who left the house tidy every day. The result surpassed all of our expectations. This is a high grade and very professional service that I approached owing to its high ratings and positive comments. Samuel is very responsive, punctual, smart and polite. A good communicator who keeps you informed at all times. The quote was suitably detailed and well presented - I have no doubt at all that the work would have been of a similar high standard. Voskefinish are an excellent building company! We had our bedroom completely refurbished (new herringbone flooring, re-plastering, new switches and lighting, wall panelling, new skirting, coving and re-decorating). This was all completed with impressive organisation, hard work, high quality workmanship and everything was left clean and tidy.
